The Roman tombstone
The tombstone (walled) in the wall of the south aisle perhaps comes from the equipment of the older church, which was demolished during the contruction of the early gothic choir. The relief with the bundle cross in a circle symbolizes the connection of Christ (cross), eternity (circle) and victory of the good above evil (bundle).
